Matthew Fox set for the West End?

Wednesday, 1st Sep 2010

Matthew Fox is rumoured to be following up his role in TV show Lost with an appearance in the West End.

The actor, who reached international fame in the role of Jack Shephard in the programme, is reported to be looking at a role in a play that will open in London, the LA Times reported.

It is thought that he will star in play by the writer Neil LaBute and although it has not been confirmed, it is rumoured to be In a Forest Dark and Deep.

The production has been performed already in the US under the name second year senior, a story that revolves around a brother and sister arguing about their lives during a stormy evening.

Another American television star who is poised to tread the board this year is Glee's Jonathan Groff, who will be appearing in Deathtrap in the part of Clifford alongside renowned Shakespearian actor Simon Russell Beale.
