Miriam Margolyes to lend voice to Where is Peter Rabbit?

Wednesday, 13th Feb 2019

As well as Only Fools and Horses playing at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, Where is Peter Rabbit? will entertain audiences throughout April 2019 as the stage adaptation of the beloved book transfers to the West End for the first time.

The Tale of Peter Rabbit was written by Beatrix Potter in 1902, featuring mischievous characters including Peter Rabbit, Jemima Puddle-Duck and Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle. During the productions, adults and children can marvel together at Peter Rabbit’s world, as it is brought to life with a spectacle of colours, puppets and 14 original songs with lyrics written by Alan Ayckbourn.

Miriam Margolyes and Griff Rhys Jones will lend their voices to the characters in Where is Peter Rabbit? Margolyes’ performing credits include Professor Sprout in the Harry Potter film series, as well as theatre credits in Wicked, The Vagina Monologues and Endgame. Rhys Jones has starred in Oliver! at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, as well as Olivier Award-winning performances in Charley’s Aunt and An Absolute Turkey.

Where is Peter Rabbit? tickets go on sale on Friday 15th February.
