Muse thank their 'nuts' fans after gig

Monday, 6th Sep 2010

Fans of Muse who attended their recent Manchester gig were deemed "nuts" by the band.

Following on from their performance at the Lancashire County Cricket ground on September 4th 2010, the group took to their Twitter page to offer their gratitude to their supporters.

With a set that featured tracks from their latest release The Resistance, including Undisclosed Desires, plus crowd-pleasers like Supermassive Black Hole and their cover version of Nina Simone's Feeling Good, the group stated that the gig had been a pretty amazing experience.

They added in their post that "you Mancs are nuts" - a comment which will surely please those who attended their only headline gig outside of London this summer.

Another two performances have been scheduled by the band for September 10th and 11th at Wembley Stadium, where they will be supported by the likes of Biffy Clyro and White Lies, before they embark on a series of dates in Australia and the US.
