The Drums announce UK tour
The surf pop band will kick off their jaunt around Britain with a gig at the HMV Forum in London on November 24th 2010.
They will then call at Bristol, Birmingham and Glasgow before travelling to Northern Ireland for a show in Belfast.
Following a gig in Dublin, they will return to the UK to round off their tour with shows at Newcastle, Leeds, Nottingham and Manchester.
The gigs might also appeal to fans of bands such as Joy Division, The Smiths and The Shangri-Las, as The Drums have cited these as some of their biggest musical influences.
Their upcoming tour of the UK will give British fans a great opportunity to see the band play in smaller surroundings following the UK festival season.
A gig at Glastonbury is already on their itinerary, along with stints at T in the Park, Leeds and Reading.
