About OKLAHOMA!

Experience Oklahoma! like never before. Director Daniel Fish explores the sultry side of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s musical classic without changing a single word. Book Oklahoma! tickets on Box Office.

Set in the Oklahoma Territory in 1906, the show is filled with classic songs people have loved for generations. Hear the sunny "Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin,'" the romantic "People Will Say We're in Love," the dreamy “The Surrey with the Fringe on Top,” and of course, the showstopping title track.

Oklahoma! tells the story of a young farmgirl, Laurey, choosing between two suitors: the charismatic cowboy Curly and the brooding farmhand Jud. While the musical’s timeless romance and entertainment remain, Fish’s production brings out the story’s dark side, blurring the line between who’s the hero and villain in this “intimate and innovative” production, as London Theatre raved in a five-star review.

After Fish’s Oklahoma! won a host of awards in New York, the production came to the Young Vic and was met with equal acclaim. Now, see this celebrated production in the West End with one of the original Broadway stars, Patrick Vaill, as Jud.

Oklahoma! won two Olivier Awards: Best Musical Revival, and Best Actor in a Musical (Arthur Darvill). The show also received Olivier nominations for: Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical (Liza Sadovy and Marisha Wallace), Best Actress in a Musical (Anoushka Lucas), Best Sound Design (Drew Levy), Best Original Score (Daniel Kluger & Nathan Koci).
