Erica Whyman, artistic director of the Royal Shakespeare Company, directs, with set design by Tom Piper, lighting design by Prema Mehta, music by Oğuz Kaplangi, sound design by Simon Baker, choreography by Ayse Tashkiran, and fight choreography by Kate Waters.
The Hamnet play premiered in Shakespeare’s hometown, Stratford-upon-Avon, in April at the Swan Theatre. Returning cast members Madeleine Mantock (Blithe Spirit) and Tom Varey (A Midsummer Night’s Dream) play Agnes and William Shakespeare in Hamnet in the West End.
