Discover how Jewish Londoners shaped global style in an immersive exhibition at Museum of London Docklands, where every stitch tells a truly unique story.
Journey from the East End to Savile Row, discovering the legacy of Jewish fashion makers who transformed London into an iconic fashion capital and dressed stars including David Bowie, Princess Diana, Jimi Hendrix and Mick Jagger.
Learn about the contribution of key fashion figures, such as renowned wedding dress designer Netty Spiegel, master milliner Otto Lucas, the father of British flamboyance Mr Fish, and living legend David Sassoon.
The exhibition features fashion and textiles, oral histories, objects and photography to weave together this fascinating history.
Museum of London Docklands is situated in Canary Wharf, accessible via the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line and DLR.
Opening Times & Itinerary
The museum is open from 10am to 5pm.
The major exhibition (Fashion City) will be open from 10.15 with last admission between 15.15 – 15:45.

Important Information
No sharp objects are allowed into the museum (including knives and pen knives).
Please note we are unable to allow oversized luggage into the museum. We have lockers on-site which are big enough to take cabin sized luggage (24cm x 37cm x 43cm) and cost £1 to use.
Food and drink not permitted in the exhibition.
