Important Information

With all COVID-19 restrictions ending in England on 24 Feb 2022, the attraction's priority is to continue to offer the best possible experience to their guests whilst ensuring they also look after their staff. They continue to have hygiene and safety measures in place throughout their attractions, including enhanced cleaning, hand sanitiser and increased ventilation. In their indoor attractions, key walkways or busier areas, guests may still see signage stating ‘Face Coverings Recommended’ which is in line with public health guidance. Those staff who may wish to continue wearing a face covering whilst working have the option to do so. If you or your party display any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive, they ask that you do not visit.

Disabled Access Disabled Guests should purchase their standard ticket price. The accompanying carer will be free of charge and their ticket will be issued on site at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability. Unfortunately, mobility scooters are not able to be admitted at any London attraction.

Wheelchair Access and Restrictions: Wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility are able to get on and off the London Eye. On reaching the boarding platform, the London Eye is slowed down or stopped to make boarding easier for these guests.

Wheelchair Hire: Wheelchair hire is not available at the London Eye. Maximum number of Wheelchairs: Only Two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time.

Please note, we’re unable to make on the day bookings for wheelchair slots. For on the day visits, please speak to our onsite team to discuss the remaining availability. During peak times time slots do sell out quickly and therefore strongly recommend pre-booking in advance.
